Bihar Labour Card Yojana के माध्यम से बिहार सरकार द्वारा बिहार के श्रमिकों की सहायता के लिए विभिन्न तरह के योजनाओं का लाभ सभी योग्य श्रमिकों को हो सके इसके लिए बिहार सरकार की तरफ से बिहार लेबर कार्ड श्रमिकों को मुहैया कराया जा रहा है। बिहार राज्य के सभी श्रमिक व्यक्तियों को राज्य सरकार के माध्यम से शुरू किए जानें वाले सभी योजनाओं का लाभ प्रदान करना ही बिहार लेबर कार्ड योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य है, साथ ही जो भी व्यक्ति लेबर कार्ड बनवाएंगे उनका पूरा ब्यौरा बिहार सरकार के पास पहुंच जाएगा। समय- समय पर राज्य सरकार श्रमिकों के लिए विभिन्न योजनाओं को शुरू करेगी जिससे की उन्हें ट्रेनिंग भी प्रदान की जाएगी और रोजगार देने का काम भी शुरू किया जाएगा। बिहार लेबर कार्ड की सहायता से राज्य के कोई भी मजदूर किसी भी योजना का लाभ उठा सकते हैं।

Through Bihar Labor Card Yojana, Bihar Government is providing Bihar Labor Card to all the eligible workers for the benefit of various schemes to help the workers of Bihar. The main objective of the Bihar Labor Card Scheme is to provide the benefits of all the schemes being started through the state government to all the laboring persons of the state of Bihar, as well as the complete details of the people who will get the labor card made will reach the Bihar government. From time to time, the state government will start various schemes for the workers, so that they will be provided training and employment will also be started. With the help of Bihar Labor Card, any laborer of the state can take advantage of any scheme..

Eligibility / योग्यता : 

1. To apply, the worker should be at least 18 years and maximum 60 years, then only he is eligible to apply for this scheme.
अप्लाई करने हेतु मजदूर की कम से कम 18 साल और ज्यादा से ज्यादा 60 साल होना चाहिए, तभी वह इस योजना के लिए आवेदन योग्य है।

2. It is necessary for the laborer to be a permanent resident of Bihar, only then he can apply for the Bihar Labour Card Scheme, otherwise not.
मजदूर को बिहार का स्थाई निवासी होना जरूरी है तभी वे बिहार लेबर कार्ड योजना में आवेदन कर सकता है, अन्यथा नहीं।

3. If the card of any other member in the family of a laborer is not made, then only he will be eligible to apply in the Bihar Labor Card Scheme.
मजदूर को बिहार का स्थाई निवासी होना जरूरी है तभी वे बिहार लेबर कार्ड योजना में आवेदन कर सकता है, अन्यथा नहीं।

4. All those laborers of Bihar who have worked as laborers for minimum 90 days in 12 months will be eligible to apply in Bihar Labor Card Scheme.
बिहार के वो सभी मजदूर जिन्होंने 12 माह में न्यूनतम 90 दिन मजदूर के रूप में काम किया हो वो ही बिहार लेबर कार्ड योजना में आवेदन करने के पात्र होंगे।

Benefits of Bihar Labour Card Scheme 2022 / बिहार लेबर कार्ड योजना 2022 के लाभ  –  

1. Under this scheme, Labour card is provided by the state government to all the workers across the state so that with the help of that card number they will be able to apply for all the schemes running in the state and take advantage of it.
इस योजना के अंतर्गत राज्य सरकार द्वारा राज्य भर के सभी श्रमिकों को यह कार्ड प्रदान करवाया जाता है ताकि उस कार्ड नंबर की सहायता से राज्य में चलने वाले सभी योजनाओं के लिए आवेदन कर सकेंगे एवं उसका लाभ उठा पाएंगे।

How to Apply for Bihar Labour Card Scheme 2022 / बिहार लेबर कार्ड योजना 2022 के लिए कैसे करें आवेदन :

Aadhar card, bank account, proof of age (Aadhaar card / voter ID card / ESIC school certificate / birth certificate / certificate issued by the medical post with the application form for making Bihar labor card, which is a government service assistant surgeon. Not below the level), certificate of working for 90 days by the employer, two color passport size photographs.

बिहार लेबर कार्ड बनवाने के लिए आवेदन प्रपत्र के साथ आधार कार्ड, बैंक खाता, उम्र का प्रमाण पत्र (आधार कार्ड / मतदाता पहचान पत्र / ESIC स्कूल प्रमाण पत्र / जन्म प्रमाण पत्र / चिकित्सा पदा0 द्वारा निर्गत प्रमाण पत्र, जो सरकारी सेवे सहायक सर्जन के नीचे स्तर का न हों), नियोजक द्वारा 90 दिन कार्य करने का प्रमाण पत्र, दो रंगीन पासपोर्ट साइज फोटोग्राफ नियोजक द्वारा कार्य का प्रमाण नहीं देने की स्तिथि में 90 दिनों का कार्य करने के सम्बन्ध में स्व-घोषणा पत्र जमा करना होगा |
